A calmer path through complex work.
Somaara Labs develops practical software, intelligent tools and digital products that help people and businesses work better.
Somaara Labs joins the two: a calmer, clearer path through technology. It is the test we apply to everything we make. If a product adds noise to someone's day, it isn't finished.
How we work
Start with the real job
TeaMWeeK began with a hospitality roster kept in a spreadsheet: shifts, offs, overnight closes and last-minute swaps across several outlets. The product is shaped around that job, tested against it, and only then widened.
Say only what is true
What works today is called available. What we are building is called upcoming, without a date until there is one. Company details appear here once they are confirmed, not before.
Keep data where it belongs
Every business's data in TeaMWeeK is kept apart from every other's by the database itself. This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
